Sheehy Motor Group has an immediate opening for a Call Centre Agent based in our Business Development Centre in Naas. Working as a member of a busy team, the ideal candidate will be self-driven, results orientated with excellent customer service skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and progress their career with a company that rewards hard work and dedication. This position is offered on a part-time basis working up to 30 hours per week, flexibility with days and hours is required.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound service and sales enquiries both by phone and online
  • Respond to email & online enquiries in agreed time frame
  • Ensure that the correct booking process is followed for all customers
  • Logging and tracking all leads and enquiries, ensuring all are followed through
  • Adhere to service department procedures for all bookings to ensure the smooth flow and efficiency of the workshops
  • Ensure all pre-checks are carried out in line with brand and dealership standards
  • Identify and book any other business opportunities with customers
  • Follow up appointments that do not show for the sales and service departments
  • Develop relationships and build rapport with our customers and business partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Build an excellent knowledge of product portfolio and an understanding of industry trends
  • Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set
  • Ensure all relevant customer information is captured and recorded in the DMS
  • Assist with Aftersales marketing campaigns via telephone, post & email
  • Complete daily KPI sheets for submission to the department manager
  • Administrative and CRM duties as assigned
  • Respond to all queries quickly, efficiently and professionally

 Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Prior experience within the motor industry would be a distinct advantage
  • Self-motivated, competitive individual with drive, enthusiasm and proven track record of successfully meeting targets preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines within a team environment
  • Confident and professional manner with a personal commitment to deliver
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience of Kerridge would be a distinct advantage
