This is a full-time permanent role.
The successful candidate will be working in a busy parts department with a large customer base of trade , retail and internal customers.
The ideal candidate will bring experience of the motor trade and add additional value to an experienced department. Applicants should possess good communication , organisational and IT skills along with a broad working knowledge of the motor industry.
Efficient handling of parts enquiries via phone , email , web , workshop and customer walk ins
Maximising all sales opportunities
Servicing workshop technicians with parts for workshop jobs
Accurate checking of incoming deliveries , ensuring items are correctly located and correct data entry of both incoming and outgoing parts on parts management system
Maintaining regular contact with customer base in order to reinforce the Companies reputation as supplier of choice in local area.
Manage stock to ensure proper inventory control
Achieve KPI,s in accordance with distributor regulations
Previous parts experience within the motor sector
Good customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal and IT skills
Good overall knowledge of the motor industry
A positive and motivated attitude
Strong negotiation , buying and selling skills
