As a result of our continued expansion, an exciting opportunity now exist to join our highly motivated team in Mooney’s Deans grange.
Essential skills: -
- The ideal candidate will have a professional and courteous manner & be well presented at all times
- Pleasant telephone manner essential
- Must be able to multitask in a busy environment
- Experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in word, excel and outlook is required
- Ability to meet and greet customer confidently
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them to the various departments or take messages
- Greeting all customers and directing them to various departments
- Maintain reception housekeeping at all times
- General administrative duties such as change of ownership, post, filing etc.
- Training provided
- Monday – Friday
- Salary €20,000 – €22,000
- Friendly environment.
