The Role:
Oversee all service operations and customer interactions within the Service Department.
Manage the flow of incoming calls, emails, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Director of Operations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and Renault Trucks representatives.
Identify and resolve customer issues and service department escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively to manage a high-volume service department.
Ensure the Service Department runs smoothly and works collaboratively with Parts and Sales.
Maintain accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for the Service Department.
Assist the Director of Operations with scheduling and other administrative duties.
The Person:
Prior experience in the automotive industry (preferably commercial vehicles) is a plus, but not essential.
Excellent leadership, supervisory, and mentoring skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Results-driven with a desire to make a positive impact.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Active listening skills and the ability to provide solutions to customer concerns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Reliable, professional, and possesses a strong work ethic.
